Ingredients:
1 box Brownie mix (for 13×9 pan) + required ingredients 🍫
Pecan Pie Filling:
1 cup Sugar 🍚
1 1/2 cups Light Corn Syrup 🌽
4 Eggs 🥚
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter 🧈
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 🌿
2 cups Pecans, roughly chopped 🌰
Let’s Make Brownies:
1️⃣ Brownie Base:
Preheat your oven as directed on the brownie mix package. Prepare the brownie batter and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare Pecan Filling:
In a saucepan, mix sugar, corn syrup, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
3️⃣ Brownies Part Bake:
Pour brownie batter into a greased 13×9 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
4️⃣ Add Pecans:
