Directions:

- Transfer the potatoes to the greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden and tender.
- Remove the dish from the oven and stir in the sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon.
- Top the potatoes with shredded Parmesan (if using) and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
