Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
In a large bowl, mix together shredded coconut, condensed milk, coconut milk, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
Once cooled, invert the cake onto a serving plate and frost the top with whipped cream.
Decorate with extra shredded coconut before serving.
