- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Season the Fries:
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes. Toss until the fries are evenly coated.
- Bake:
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they aren’t overlapping (for maximum crispiness).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
- Add Parmesan:
- Remove the fries from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan over them while they’re still hot.
- Toss gently to coat the fries in the cheese.
- Serve:
- Transfer the fries to a serving plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy!
