BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN FRIES

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Potatoes:
    • Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl.
    • Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Season the Fries:
    • Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes. Toss until the fries are evenly coated.
  4. Bake:
    • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they aren’t overlapping (for maximum crispiness).
    • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
  5. Add Parmesan:
    • Remove the fries from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan over them while they’re still hot.
    • Toss gently to coat the fries in the cheese.
  6. Serve:
    • Transfer the fries to a serving plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy!
