Ingredients
for a springform pan 270 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
7 drops of vanilla flavoring or the pulp of a vanilla pod
some milk
150 g butter
120 g sugar
3 eggs
1 paradise cream vanilla flavor
0.3 l milk
5 apples, depending on size
Preparation
1 . First, line a springform pan with parchment paper. Then peel the apples, quarter, core and score the top lengthwise.
2. At night, beat the eggs with butter, sugar and vanilla flavoring until fluffy. Gradually add the flour with the baking powder and the milk (I don’t measure the milk, but do it by feel, the dough must not be too thin, so one shot is enough).
3. Now pour the batter into the springform pan and smooth it out. Now spread the apples on the dough in a ring shape. Preheat the oven to 170°C circulating air.
4 . Mix 300ml milk with the baking pudding cream and spread the pudding in blobs on the apples with a tablespoon. Bake for about 25 minutes. It really depends on the oven. It’s best to do a chopstick test.
