BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN POTATO WEDGES

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the Potatoes

  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges (about 8 wedges per potato, depending on size).
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3. Add Parmesan Cheese

  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potato wedges and toss to coat them evenly.

4. Arrange and Bake

  • Place the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, with the skin side down.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the edges. Flip the wedges halfway through baking to ensure even crisping.

5. Garnish and Serve

  • Once the wedges are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce like marinara, ranch, or ketchup.
