- 2 lbs. beef tips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb. egg noodles
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
