ingredients :
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 300 g sweetened liquid cream
- Spoon biscuits
- Freshly brewed and chilled coffee
- Bitter cocoa powder
- Chocolate chips
Preparation :
- Prepare a few cups of coffee and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, whip the mascarpone and the sweetened liquid cream
using an electric mixer until the mixture becomes stiff. - Dip the spoon cookies in the coffee and arrange them in a layer in a baking dish.
- Spoon half of the mascarpone and cream mixture over the cookies and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Arrange a second layer of coffee-dipped cookies on top, then spread the rest of the mascarpone cream.
- Sprinkle bitter cocoa powder on the surface of the tiramisu.
- Place the tiramisu dish without eggs in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours so that the preparation solidifies.
- Once cooled, serve the tiramisu without eggs and enjoy!
