Coconut Cream Delight Cake

  • Directions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together shredded coconut, condensed milk, coconut milk, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
  • Once cooled, invert the cake onto a serving plate and frost the top with whipped cream.
  • Decorate with extra shredded coconut before serving.
