Crack Chicken Penne

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

  • Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the Chicken

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, and ranch seasoning mix.
  • Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.

3. Make the Creamy Sauce

  • Add the cream cheese and chicken broth to the skillet with the cooked chicken.
  • Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and stir until it melts into the sauce.

4. Combine with Pasta

  • Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it evenly with the creamy sauce.

5. Add Bacon and Cheese

  • Stir in the crumbled bacon, reserving some for garnish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.

6. Serve

  • Garnish with the remaining crumbled bacon and sliced green onions.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
