1/2 Cup.Of heavy cream.

1 Cup.Of sliced mushrooms.

2 Tbsp.Of chopped fresh parsley.

DIRECTIONS:

1st Step

Turn the oven temperature up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

2nd Step

Mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried herbs (thyme, basil, and onion), and onion powder in a small bowl.

3rd Step

Sprinkle the seasoned flour mixture all over the chicken breasts and shake off any excess. Melt the butter and olive oil together in a large pan set over medium heat.

4th Step

Put the chicken breasts in the pan and cook for around four to five minutes on each side. Take the chicken breasts out of the pan and set them in a baking dish instead.

5th Step

Add the sliced mushrooms to the same pan, and continue to cook them for another two to three minutes, or until they begin to soften.

6th Step

Stir together the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and heavy cream that you just added to the skillet.

7th Step

Continue to simmer the mushroom sauce for another three to four minutes, or until it begins to thicken slightly. After the chicken breasts have been placed in the baking dish, pour the mushroom sauce over them.

8th Step

When the chicken breasts are done and the sauce is bubbling and golden, remove the dish from the oven and uncover the aluminum foil.

9th Step

After 5-10 minutes in the oven, take the dish out and let it rest. Before serving, sprinkle some freshly cut parsley over the chicken and sauce.
