Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them in half or quarters, depending on their size. Make sure the pieces are uniform for even cooking.
3. Season the Potatoes
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the potatoes in the mixture until they are evenly coated.
4. Arrange on the Baking Sheet
Place the seasoned potatoes cut side down on the prepared baking sheet. This will help the cut side become extra crispy while baking.
5. Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Flip them halfway through baking to ensure even crisping.
6. Garnish and Serve
Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.
Serve hot as a side dish with your favorite main course.
