Crockpot beef tips & noodles!

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef Tips
    Season the beef tips with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the beef tips to your crockpot.
  2. Add the Sauces and Soup
    In a medium bowl, combine the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined, then pour the mixture over the beef tips in the crockpot.
  3. Slow Cook
    Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the beef is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
  4. Optional: Thicken the Sauce
    If you want a thicker gravy, about 30 minutes before serving, mix the cornstarch with water to form a slurry. Stir the slurry into the crockpot and let it cook for the remaining time to thicken the sauce.
  5. Cook the Noodles
    About 20 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to the package directions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain the noodles and set aside.
  6. Combine and Serve
    Once the beef is tender and the sauce is thickened, stir in the cooked egg noodles or serve the beef tips over the noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
