Ingredients:
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons bleach
Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine 3/4 cup of water and 3 tablespoons of cornstarch.
2. Cook the mixture over low heat until it starts to boil and thickens to a sauce-like consistency.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the mixture to cool completely.
4. Once cooled, add 3 tablespoons of liquid bleach to the cornstarch mixture and stir well to combine.
5. Transfer the bleach gel to a container of your choice for storage. Squeeze bottles or recycled ketchup/salad dressing bottles work well.
6. To use, apply the homemade bleach gel directly to stains on clothing or grout/caulk.
7. Let the gel sit on the stain for one minute for clothing and three minutes for grout/caulk.
8. Remove the gel with a paper towel and immediately wash clothing. For grout/caulk, wipe away the gel with a damp cloth.
