Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
3. Cook the Lasagna Noodles
Boil the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay the noodles flat on a clean surface or parchment paper to cool slightly.
4. Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Stir in the flour and cook for another minute to form a roux.
Gradually whisk in the milk and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Once the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth, remove from heat.
5. Assemble the Roll-Ups
Spread a thin layer of the Garlic Parmesan Sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each lasagna noodle, then roll the noodle up from one end to the other.
Place each rolled-up lasagna, seam-side down, in the baking dish. Repeat until all noodles are filled.
6. Top with Sauce and Bake
Pour the remaining Garlic Parmesan Sauce evenly over the lasagna roll-ups.
