Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper, then drain any excess grease.
  2. Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, shredded cheese, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well to distribute the cheese and sauce throughout the beef.
  3. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Spoon a portion of the beef mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
    • Add any optional toppings you like, such as diced pickles, shredded lettuce, or tomato slices.
    • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll up tightly like a burrito.
  4. Grill the Wraps:
    • Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly grease if necessary.
    • Place each wrap seam-side down on the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve: Slice each wrap in half and serve warm.
