Ingredients:

๐ธ 2 cups (370 g) long-grain white rice, uncooked
๐ธ 2 cans (10.5 ounces each) French onion soup
๐ธ 2 cans (10.5 ounces each) beef consomme
๐ธ ยฝ cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter, sliced into pats
๐ธ Chopped chives, for garnish (optional)
๐ Directions:
1๏ธโฃ Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC). Spray a 9ร13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2๏ธโฃ Brown Beef: Over medium heat, cook the ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
3๏ธโฃ Layer Beef and Rice: Place the cooked beef in the baking dish, then evenly spread the uncooked rice on top.
4๏ธโฃ Add Soups: Pour both cans of French onion soup and beef consomme over the rice. Stir gently to mix.
5๏ธโฃ Top with Butter: Arrange butter slices evenly over the rice mixture.
6๏ธโฃ Bake Covered: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue baking for another 30 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
