- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the vegetable oil, water, white vinegar, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and mini chocolate chips.
