Instructions
1. Melt the Butter
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the Corn
Add the corn kernels to the skillet and stir to coat them evenly with the melted butter.
3. Add Honey and Seasonings
Drizzle the honey over the corn and stir well to mix.
Add the salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Stir until the corn is evenly seasoned.
4. Add the Cream
Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and continue to cook, stirring frequently, for about 5-7 minutes or until the corn is tender and the honey butter sauce has slightly thickened.
5. Serve Warm
Transfer the honey butter skillet corn to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
