Lombardy Chicken recipe

Easy, very easy and delicious! Mushrooms add great flavor to this chicken, and with some cheese and onions on top, it’s perfect! Go ahead and do this, you’ll love it !
*Ingredients
°8 oz package fresh mushrooms, sliced
°2 tablespoons of melted butter.
°6 skinless and boneless chicken breasts.
°cup all-purpose flour.
°Half a c of butter.
°Half a c of chicken broth.
°Half a tsp of salt.
°A tsp of pepper.
°A c of grated mozzarella cheese.
°Half cup of Parmesan cheese.
°2 chop green onions.
*How to make:
n a large nonstick skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise, place between two layers of heavy-duty plastic wrap, and roll out to an inch thickness.
Coat chicken in flour and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side in 1 or 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat in a large nonstick skillet. Remove the chicken from the skillet, leaving the broth in the skillet.
Sprinkling mushrooms on chicken.
In the same pan, add the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer 10 mn, stir occasionally. Seasoning with salt & pepper and pour sauce on chicken.
In a bowl, mixing cheese and onions and sprinkling them on chicken.
In preheated 450° oven, bake chicken for 12 to 14 minutes.
