1 1/2 lbs ground beef or turkey

1 yellow onion diced

1 green pepper diced

1 jalapeño diced

1 glove garlic diced

1 can tomato paste

1 28 oz diced tomatoes

2 cups beef broth

2 Tbsp chilli powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt (pink salt)

Add ground beef or turkey to pan with onions and peppers. Cook over medium heat, breaking ground beef or turkey. When meat is cooked, drain fat.

Add all remaining ingredients, jalapeños, garlic cloves, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, beef broth, chilli powder, salt and stir.

Bring to boil and and reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes or if you prefer an hour for best taste and texture.

Server with sour crean and chedder cheese
