1.Cook the Beef and Vegetables:

In a large pan or Dutch oven, heat 3 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Add 1 lb of ground beef, 1 chopped sweet onion, and 1 chopped orange bell pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent.
