1. Melt the Cheese
- In a medium saucepan, combine the white American cheese and milk over low heat.
- Stir frequently, ensuring the cheese melts smoothly and does not burn.
2. Add the Flavorings
- Once the cheese is fully melted, stir in the diced green chilies, pickled jalapeño juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin (if using).
3. Adjust the Consistency
- If the dip is too thick, add a bit more milk, a tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
4. Serve
- Transfer the cheese dip to a serving bowl and enjoy warm with tortilla chips, veggies, or drizzled over your favorite Mexican dishes.
