Boil water in a small saucepan and cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions (without adding the seasoning packet yet). Drain and set aside.
2. Sauté the Vegetables
In a skillet or frying pan, heat the butter or oil over medium heat.
Add the frozen vegetables and sauté until they’re heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the Noodles
Toss the cooked ramen noodles into the skillet with the vegetables.
4. Season and Stir-Fry
Stir in the soy sauce, garlic powder, and chili flakes. You can also add a bit of the ramen seasoning packet if you’d like extra flavor.
Stir everything together and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Optional: Fry an Egg
If you want to add an egg for extra protein, push the noodles to one side of the pan and crack the egg into the empty space. Scramble it quickly, then mix it into the noodles.
6. Add Cheese
Turn off the heat and sprinkle the shredded cheese over the noodles. Stir until the cheese melts and coats the noodles.
7. Serve
Plate your cheesy ramen stir-fry, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy your quick and easy meal!
