Natural Fat-Burning Drink to Reduce Accumulated Fat

This drink aids in reducing body fat, especially in areas where it tends to accumulate, such as around the stomach, thighs, and arms.   • 1 liter of water (approximately 4.2 cups)
  • Honey to taste

Procedure: The quantities are sufficient for one day for rapid weight loss or two days for moderate weight loss. It’s best to prepare a fresh drink each day, and store the remaining amount in the refrigerator.

  1. Start by bringing 1 liter of water (about 4.2 cups) to a boil with 4 cinnamon sticks (about 10 cm long). Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the water turns red.
  2. Peel and chop the ginger roots (about 10 cm each) into small pieces.
  3. Peel and chop the lemons into small pieces as well.
  4. Place the chopped ginger, lemons, fresh parsley, and mint leaves into a blender and blend until the mixture is even.
  5. Once the cinnamon tea is lukewarm, add it to the blender with the ginger-lemon mixture.
  6. Blend for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve a glass of the drink with honey to taste.

Usage Instructions: Consume 250 ml (approximately 8.5 ounces) in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening, one hour before bedtime, instead of dinner. For even faster fat burning, drink 500 ml (approximately 16.9 ounces) in the morning on an empty stomach and 500 ml several hours before bedtime, replacing your dinner.

This treatment lasts for 5 days, during which you’ll detoxify your body. To see visible weight loss effects, drink plenty of water, eat light foods, and eliminate harmful metabolic products from your body.

After 5 days, take a break of 7-10 days, during which you should continue to eat healthily, keep your body well-hydrated, and engage in moderate physical activity. You can repeat the process if you wish to continue losing weight.
