Steps:
1. Cut 2 long boards (front and back), 2 short boards (sides), and 1 board (bottom) per rack.
2. Sand all wood pieces.
3. Glue and screw/nail sides to the bottom board.
4. Attach front and back boards.
5. Stain or paint (optional).
6. Use a level to mark mounting positions.
7. Drill holes, insert wall anchors.
8. Screw racks to the wall.
