Old Fashioned Custard Pie

Instructions

1. Cook the Ground Beef

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef. Remove from heat.

2. Warm the Tortillas

  • Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet for a few seconds until soft and pliable.

3. Assemble the Wraps

  • Spread about 2 tablespoons of nacho cheese sauce onto the center of each tortilla.
  • Divide the seasoned beef evenly among the tortillas, placing it on top of the nacho cheese.
  • Add toppings: sprinkle the shredded lettuce, tomato, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and any additional toppings like onions or jalapeños.

4. Wrap It Up

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly like a burrito, making sure all the filling stays inside.

5. Serve

  • Serve the nacho cheese beef wraps warm. You can slice them in half for easier eating or enjoy them whole. Serve with extra nacho cheese or sour cream on the side for dippin
