Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the garlic butter:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
3. Prepare the biscuit dough:
Open the can of Pillsbury biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle by pressing it down with your fingers or rolling pin. You want it to be about 4-5 inches in diameter.
4. Add the cheese:
Place about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
5. Form the bombs:
Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese, pinching them together to seal the cheese inside. You should end up with a little “cheese bomb” with the seam on the bottom.
6. Coat in garlic butter:
Dip each cheese-filled biscuit in the prepared garlic butter, making sure to coat it well. Place the biscuit seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake:
Bake the cheese bombs in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
8. Serve:
Once baked, remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter for extra flavor. Serve warm, and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness!
