Salted Caramel Fudge

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup store-bought or homemade caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: additional sea salt for sprinkling on top

  1. Prepare a Pan: Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal of the fudge later. Grease the parchment paper lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Create the Fudge Base:
    • In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and unsalted butter over low heat.
    • Stir frequently until the chocolate and butter are melted and the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Add Flavor and Texture:
