πΎ 0.5 cup of rolled oats
π 50g raisins
π« 60g dark chocolate (for the glaze)

Instructions:
Prep: Chop and toast the nuts. Grate apples and carrots. Mix the dry ingredients with the nuts, raisins, and cranberries.
Combine: Blend the dry mixture with grated fruits, eggs, and milk. Spread in a lined baking tray.
Bake: At 180Β°C for about 40 minutes. Let it cool afterward.
Glaze: Melt dark chocolate with a teaspoon of oil and drizzle over the cake.
