- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 small bags of Fritos corn chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Sour cream and hot sauce, for serving

- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning mix and 1/2 cup water to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Simmer the beef mixture for 5-10 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
- Open each bag of Fritos corn chips and crush the chips slightly.
- Spoon a portion of the beef mixture into each bag of Fritos corn chips.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the beef mixture in each bag.
- Add a spoonful of diced onion and diced tomato to each bag.
- Sprinkle the chopped fresh cilantro over the top of each bag.
- Serve the Walking Tacos with sour cream and hot sauce on the side.
