Directions:
- Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Add the shredded provolone and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Return the beef to the skillet, followed by the cooked tortellini. Toss everything together to coat the pasta in the sauce.
- Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
