1. Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Honey Garlic Butter Glaze
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, and thyme. Stir until well combined.
3. Coat the Carrots
- Place the carrots on the prepared baking sheet. Pour the honey garlic butter mixture over the carrots and toss to coat them evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Roast the Carrots
- Spread the carrots in an even layer on the baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
5. Garnish and Serve
- Remove the roasted carrots from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm as a side dish to your favorite main course.
