Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the Honey Garlic Butter Glaze

  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, and thyme. Stir until well combined.

3. Coat the Carrots

  • Place the carrots on the prepared baking sheet. Pour the honey garlic butter mixture over the carrots and toss to coat them evenly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Roast the Carrots

  • Spread the carrots in an even layer on the baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded.
