How to Make a Streak-Free Spray Glass Cleaner at Home

DIY cleaning products are becoming increasingly popular due to their numerous benefits compared to commercial alternatives. Knowing how to make your own spray window cleaner can help you save money and ensure safety, especially if you have children or pets at home.

While there are various recipes for making glass cleaners, many of them contain strong ingredients like ammonia or bleach, which are commonly found in commercial products. The recipe we present below uses ingredients that are safe for your health while remaining highly effective for cleaning windows.

  2. Shake the bottle vigorously to ensure thorough mixing of these ingredients.
  3. Squeeze the juice from two lemons into the bottle.
  4. Close the bottle tightly and shake it once again to blend all the ingredients.
  5. To clean your windows and mirrors, simply spray this DIY cleaner directly onto the glass surface.
