  • 2.8 ounces dried apricots
  • 1.8 ounces almonds
  • 3.5 ounces peanuts
  • 1 ounce pumpkin seeds
  • 1.4 ounces sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 1.8 ounces walnuts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon natural honey
  • 1 ripe banana


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Begin by soaking the dried apricots in hot water for 5 minutes to soften them.
  3. In a food processor, combine almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, and walnuts. Pulse until finely chopped.
