°2 km (about 20 or so) honey graham crackers
°1 cup (2 sticks) butter
°1 cup brown sugar
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1½ cups chopped pecans
Heat oven 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet folded with tin foil and spray the foil with cooking spray. Lay the graham crackers all over the surface of the pan, breaking up if necessary to fill in the gaps. Sit aside.
In a medium saucepan, mix butter and brown sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the vanilla extract and chopped walnuts and evenly pour the hot bubbling mixture over the graham cracker sheets. Working quickly, use a spatula or spatula to spread the mixture around to evenly cover the graham cracker sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes or until mixture is bubbling. Allow the bark to cool to room temperature before breaking it into pieces. Store any leftovers in an airtight container
