  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for tossing the wings)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.
  3. Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle them with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the garlic parmesan seasoning mixture over the wings. Use your hands to rub the seasoning into the wings, ensuring they are well coated on all sides.
  5. Arrange the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
  7. In a separate bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop.
  8. Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and immediately transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
  9. Pour the melted butter over the wings and toss them gently to coat.
  10. Serve the Garlic Parmesan Wings hot as an appetizer or main course.
