  • Lettuce, shredded
  • Tomatoes, diced
  • Black olives, sliced
  • Jalapenos, sliced (optional)
  • Sour cream (for serving)
  • Salsa (for serving)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions for your pizza dough.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface or pizza peel.
  3. Dust a baking sheet or pizza stone with cornmeal to prevent sticking.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out pizza dough to the prepared baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
  6. Drain any excess grease from the skillet and stir in the taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  7. Spread the taco meat evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the taco meat.
  9. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven according to the instructions for your pizza dough, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  11. Top the taco pizza with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives, and sliced jalapenos, if desired.
  12. Slice the pizza into wedges and serve it hot with sour cream and salsa on the side.

Note: Feel free to customize the toppings to your liking. You can add guacamole, chopped green onions, or any other taco-inspired toppings that you enjoy.
